Raw materials

We are black garlic processors, so we have to use fresh garlic for processing. We work with El Ajero, the commercial name of the Extremadura garlic cooperative El Aceuchal, which provides us with a first class national product.

We work with prices according to the purchasing capacity of the different partners, adapting to the needs of the different clients.

Know-how

We know how to make the best black garlic thanks to our experience, 4 years dedicated exclusively to the elaboration of this product, and thanks to Salvador Rodríguez, doctor in microbiology from the University of Córdoba, who contributes his valuable knowledge to the elaboration.

Logistics

We understand that logistics is a fundamental part of our work, so after working with different operators, we have decided to work with Correos Express for smaller orders, with Integra2 for palletised orders and with GLS for export.
