The following are the conditions of use of the web service and the conditions of sale and contracting. Therefore, the purpose of these conditions is to regulate the legal relations that may arise between the owner of the website, ALLIUMSOMA S.L. (which uses BONROSTRO AND AJO NEGRO BONROSTRO as trademarks), and users who register on the website in order to purchase items through the website or make any type of query. Specifically, they determine the rights and obligations of both parties both in the use of the website and as a consequence of the acquisition by users of any of the articles offered therein.
The present conditions of use of the web service, sale and contracting have been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data 15/1999, Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, Law 23/2003, of 10 July, on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods, Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade, as well as any other legal provisions that may be applicable.

The items offered on this website are only available for delivery to mainland Spain. The articles meet the characteristics and prices stated and stipulated on the website itself. Items will be on sale while stocks last, in which case they will be immediately removed from the website or it will be specifically stated that they are out of stock. The prices of the articles are those that appear together with the description of the article on the website itself and are fixed in euros, including VAT, unless there is a typing or typographical error. The prices do not include the shipping costs of the article. The characteristics of the article are those shown on the website, in no case ALLIUMSOMA S.L. is responsible for the differences that may exist between the original product and the photograph shown on the website, taking into account that such differences may be due to the light, character of the monitor on which the page is viewed etc…
Conclusion of the Contract
In order to purchase the articles offered on this website, you must identify yourself and register at the time of purchase or you must have registered as a user beforehand. By registering, the user accepts the conditions established in the legal notice and in the privacy policy of ALLIUMSOMA S.L. The user must choose a password that is not easily decipherable by third parties. To make the purchase, the user will choose the products and include them in the “shopping cart”, once they have been chosen, they will be able to make the purchase. Payment of the price and shipping costs
The price of the items will be at all times as set out on this website. The price is fixed in Euro and includes VAT, but does not include the shipping costs of the product. These shipping costs will be added at the time of placing the order, and will be included in the total cost of the order and may vary depending on the weight, size or number of products purchased.
To formalise payment, once you have filled in the order form with the products you wish to purchase, you must authorise payment for the total amount of the purchase (including VAT and shipping costs), by credit card or Paypal. VISA, MASTER CARD, 4B, MAESTRO 4B cards are accepted. Once payment has been made, ALLIUMSOMA S.L. will send an email to the buyer (user) confirming the order and informing them of the delivery date. In the event that the payment is not formalised (either due to an error on the website or because the payment has not been authorised by the bank), the contract cannot be completed and no obligation may arise for the owner of the website, and the order will not be understood to have been placed by the user.
Shipping and delivery conditions
ALLIUMSOMA S.L. undertakes to deliver the products purchased by the user within a maximum period of 72 hours from the sending of the order confirmation e-mail. Delivery will be made to the address designated by the user (buyer) on the order form, who will be responsible for any error that may prevent the correct delivery of the products.
Withdrawal and return of products
The buyer may withdraw from the contract, at any time and for any reason, within seven days of receipt of the product. To this end, you must contact the owner of the website within this period, either via the e-mail address atencioncliente@bonrostro.com in order to notify them of your wish to withdraw from the contract and you must proceed to send the goods to the postal address: ALLIUMSOMA S.L. in Parque Científico Tecnológico de Córdoba, Edificio Aldebarán M4-6, 14014 Córdoba immediately and in their original packaging. The shipping costs generated as a result of the return due to withdrawal will be charged to and at the expense of the buyer in all cases. Once the goods have been received, the condition of the goods will be checked and the price of the products will be refunded only if the returned items are in perfect condition. The refund of the price of the returned products shall be made within ten days of receipt of the goods and once the condition of the goods has been checked.
In the event that the items purchased are in poor condition or are defective or the package is damaged or in poor condition, the buyer must contact ALLIUMSOMA S.L. within 24 hours of receiving the product, communicating this to ALLIUMSOMA S. L., who will take the necessary steps to replace it with a new one at no additional charge or to refund the purchase price and shipping costs. Under no circumstances shall it be liable when the non-fulfilment or delay in the fulfilment of any of the obligations assumed by virtue of these contracting conditions is the result of a fortuitous event or as a consequence of force majeure. Force Majeure shall include any act, event, omission or accident which is not reasonably foreseeable or, if foreseeable, is beyond our reasonable control and is not avoidable, including but not limited to the following:
Strikes, lockouts or other industrial action.
State of alarm, emergency or siege.
Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or any other natural disaster.
Inability to use public or private telecommunications systems.
Strike, breakdown or accident preventing the use of any type of transport.
It shall be understood that the obligation of ALLIUMSOMA S.L. to fulfil the contract is suspended for the entire period during which the cause of force majeure continues. ALLIUMSOMA S.L. is not liable for any damages that may arise for the user or third parties as a result of the misuse of the product or the negligence of the user or third parties.
The products offered on the website have the legal guarantee provided for in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, and any other legal provisions that may develop it.
Obligations of users

Applicable law and jurisdiction
This contract shall be governed by Spanish law, which shall be applicable in all matters not provided for in this contract regarding interpretation, validity and performance. In the event of any dispute or claim between the parties relating to the performance or content of these Conditions, the parties shall negotiate in good faith to attempt to resolve such dispute or claim within a maximum of one month from the date on which either party formally notifies the other that the dispute has arisen or gives notice of the claim. In the event that the discrepancy or claim is not resolved within the maximum period indicated, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals to which they are entitled by law.
Declaration of invalidity of the clauses
If any of the clauses included in these conditions is declared totally or partially null and void or ineffective, such nullity shall only affect that provision or that part of it which is null and void or ineffective, and the conditions stipulated shall continue to apply in all other respects.
